Help Defend Your Electoral College

On February 14th, 2019 SB 1048 was introduced and on February 22nd it was referred to Ethics and Elections, Judiciary and Rules Committees.  On February 20, 2019 a related NPV bill HB 949 was filed and was referred to committee on February 28th.

On March 10th, 2018 consideration of the bill was indefinitely postponed and the bill died in committee.

On January 12, 2018 SB 1374 was referred to the Ethics, Judiciary and Rules Committees of State Senate

On January 9, 2018 HB 367 was reintroduced for the 2018 House Session

On October 26, 2017 HB 367 was referred to Local, Federal and Veterans Affairs Subcommittee; Civil Justice and Claims Subcommittee; Government Accountability Committee

On October 19, 2017 HB 367 was filed in Florida House of Representatives

On May 5th, 2017 both HB311 and SB242 were postponed indefinitely and withdrawn from consideration after they died in committee without a vote.  This bill was successfully defeated for the 2017 session!

On February 6th, 2017 HB311 was referred to Governmental Accountability Committee

On March 7th, 2017 SB 242 was referred to Senate Ethics and Elections Committee

In January 2017, Representative Joe Geller introduced the National Popular Vote bill in the House (Status of HB311).  Sen. Darryl Rouson introduced the bill in the Senate (Status of SB242)

Legislative Session started March 7, 2017 and ends on May 5, 2017

As of today 4-20-17 there is not a Active Ballot Initiative in place
We need to keep an eye on this state and be watchful of a ballot initiative popping up.

They were interested in what I had to say. Most likely because He wants to run for President again and will need our electoral Collage.
But hey, what ever works in our favor. Waiting for a letter from His office.
